If your insurance policy covers acupuncture and is using any of the networks listed above, you will receive the same network benefits as you would with any other specialist.

Our office will accept all confirmed coverage and file the claim for you, or provide you with information required to file the claim with your insurance provider. You will need to make all arrangements for policy requirements. If your policy requires a referral of any kind, you must arrange that referral BEFORE beginning treatment at our office.

Treatment fees are based on the AMA fee guidelines. We are required to break down every aspect of your treatment into various applicable CPT codes. Typically, patients are not responsible for the difference between the amount charged by the In-Network health care provider and the amount allowed by the contract. However, the patient is responsible for any deductible, co-payments at the time professional services are rendered, and amounts over the annual benefit limits for this service, up to the eligible expense.

Currently, many insurance companies and medical plans provide coverage (including out of network) for acupuncture and other Oriental medical care. We are available for assistance. Just Ask!
